Apex Magazine (https://apex-magazine.com) is an online short fiction zine that sells yearly subscriptions to ebook editions of each new issue. When a customer buys a subscription, each issue is put into the customer's My Account where they can access it.
Current WooCommerce Subscription functionality removes customer access to these files when the customer subscription is placed On Hold or Expired.
CUSTOMIZATION NEEDED:
Customers need to retain access to issues (files) placed in their My Account during their subscription duration.
