Customisation on ready-to-use template Prestashop

We already have hosting, domain and SSL

Customisation list:
1- logo, colour modification
2- compare feature is not needed
3- right column is not required
4- shopping cart on the right can be moved on the left column, top.
5- additional pages is required:- about us, T&C, FAQ
6- change contact us page layout/design. we already have existing code for this
7- change checkout page layout/design. we already have existing code for this, but need to modify to fit with theme font, colour etc and make sure everything is functioning properly.
8- install ipay88 payment gateway
9- make sure ssl is running properly and checkout is successful
10- sitemap page is not needed
11- only 1 currency and 1 language will be used
13- make sure cross marketing feature is in product description page
14- we like this header design instead. colour modification still need to take place http://www.templatemonster.com/prestashop-themes/37154.html
