Custom Wordpress web development site from my design

Description of every page/module: Hi there,

Ive designed 2 key pages of a bespoke website in Illustrator (plus the mobile version) and need it developing now. The website is a 13 page site and Ive attached the designs for you to see how it looks.
What Id like you to do, is to take my 3 pages Ive designed and then extrapolate to create the remaining pages from this foundation working with the client. We need a fully responsive site designed. The little computer screens will have 2 or 3 little graphs that we'd like the user to be able to scroll between. I think thats the only complex bit on the site. Some nice extras would be great, like the elements appearing as you scroll down rather than just a straight scroll.
Ideally Id like to supply the assets and then you take over and dev the site working directly with the client.
Description of requirements/features: It is 1 home page and 9 secondary pages, plus a blog template.

CMS and Admin requirements: This needs to be a responsive design and be optimised for SEO. Any pointers on this would be great if we go ahead.

The client would like to easily change copy, and header images, so a word press based site would be great.
