Custom WordPress Theme Website

Hi,

I need a quote and timeline for the following:

– WordPress custom theme
– All built using WP best practice
– No page builders, i.e., elementor etc
– Editable header/footer copy and navigation via theme customizer or ACF options page
– The design will need be broken down into ACF Pro flexible content blocks
– All pages will use the same ACF pro flexible content block list, no ACF fields specific to any one page
– Ensure Robots.txt is set to off
– SEO best practices included, i.e., alt tags etc.
– Must be mobile responsive, built in bootstrap and tested before being sent to us
– ‘sx-admin’ user create with full admin privileges
– Core plugins to be installed: ACF Pro, Wordfence, Yoast, Easy SMTP, WP Fastest Cache, Classic Editor, CF7, Contact Form CFDB7, Honeypot for Contact Form 7
– Included will need to be the set up of the site on our staging server once signed off (*.staxotest.net) to allow us to present to the client (migration normally achieved using a plugin)

-All admin login usernames to be “sx-admin”
– All project communication will be via Basecamp

– Payment method will be 30% upfront and 70% upon signing off website and migrating over to our server.

The work will be white label and must not be used in any portfolios etc of your own.
