Custom website build

I need a membership website building that shows a directory of all of the business profiles on the site.

There will be three levels of membership with the following features:

Free - Basic profile - Name, Photo, 120 character overview, General location (Town)

£9.99pm - Enhanced profile - Name, Photo, 200 character overview, 1000 character detailed description of previous experience, General location (Town), will show if the business has certain accreditations isurance and DBS check, will show availability of the member with booking system that customers can book in appointments with (the member will have backend access to the diary to be able to mark certain days and times as available unavailable etc) When a customer makes a booking with the member via the system a 10% charge of the booking value is paid by the customer to us. There will also be a list of services that the member is offering (tick boxes)

£24.99pm - Advanced Package - provides all of the above features listed in the enhanced package but also gives the member access to an online invoicing platform where they can create invoices and email them direct to customers (both customers on and off the platform and link these to bookings in their calanders) There will be a system where the member can input previous customers email address and dates they worked for the customer and it will email a reference form over to that customer to complete, once this has been submitted and approved by a member of our team this will then show as live on the members profile. Adavnced package members will also get premium listings in the directory that show up as highlighted in search results.

There will need to be a blog section on the website where we can update our members and customers about changes in legislation, industry news, government updates etc

Also we need an e-commerce section were we can sell e-books and other documents that are required by our members.

Customers will need a free profile where they can add a photo, give a 200 character overview and then a detailed decription of what they need (1000 characters), location, age, gender, they will also need tick boxes showing which things they need support with. (Members should not be able to contact customers direct, only when a booking proposal is submitted, it is important that the member or customer cannot share personal data such as email addresses and telephone numbers when negotating a booking)
