Custom Web Based

An IT Consultant looking for a WEB/Database developer designer for potentiel ongoing work or working alliance as aback office. First project requirment i have is

We currently use Microsoft Office Business Contact Manager but are looking to have a taylor made database designed for our use at an affordable price.

We already have a pretty good idea of what we want from it and would prefer it be designed in HTML. The primary uses for this is administration and contact management

looking for a web based HTML program, we have a server in house which can be used for this to be housed.

We are looking for it to be broken down into certain categories (customers, companies, jobs and leads). They all need to be able to linked together.

The key aspect is that we need to be able to create letters to a contact linked to a job (from the job itself), which would obviously autofill certain fields and also save the letter down and have it linked to that job. Ideally, the job would then chronologically display all correspondence created from within it.

Ideally, the database would be able to import existing data (contacts etc.) from excel to ease the transition
