Description
The goal of this project is to build a reliable and easy-to-use solution with a clean interface, stable performance, and a technical foundation that can be extended in the future.
The application will include secure user access, a dashboard area, data management features, file handling, search functionality, and basic reporting tools.
I am looking for a developer who can take responsibility for the full development process, including frontend implementation, backend functionality, database structure, and deployment support.
Experience with modern web technologies, API integrations, database architecture, and building custom business applications will be highly valuable.
I would appreciate receiving examples of similar projects you have completed, along with your recommended approach, estimated timeline, and any suggestions you may have before starting development.

Hello Dowen
I have some questions.
What specific internal processes do you want this application to simplify or automate?
What are the main problems with your current workflow or tools?
Who will use the application (employees, managers, clients, admins)?
How many users do you expect initially and in the future?
Do you already have a workflow/documentation, or should I help define the system structure?
What user roles and permissions are required?
Do you need features like two-factor authentication, SSO, or audit logs?
Should users have different access levels for different data? -

1: Looking three years ahead, do you expect this application to remain an internal operational tool, or do you see it evolving into the central platform that manages multiple departments, customers, and external integrations? The answer will influence how I structure the application's architecture from the very beginning.
2: Do you already have existing systems (ERP, CRM, accounting software, email platforms, or cloud storage) that this application will eventually integrate with, or should the architecture be designed as an independent platform with an API-first approach to support future integrations?
