Custom templates

Hi,

I have a wordpress theme already set up and hosted based on the theme (http://independentpublisher.me/) which is where i display all 'news' category posts.

I need a custom template set up so that posts of other non-news categories are displayed in another template with a different stylesheet.

This would need to look the same as http://www.basscss.com/docs/reference/principles/ using the same sdesign of sidebar, content and responsive ads that will be served from my ad rotate code.

I need this done urgently.

Are you able to dedicate a few hours to it. I can give you access to wp admin and sftp.
