Custom responsive E-commerce website with QR Code Reader

Hello,

I'm producing wristbands and these wristbands will have dynamic QR codes printed on them. The wristbands work with the website in the following ways:

- Developer will design a generic Dynamic QR code that wristband manufacturer will print on all wristbands. When scanned before activation, the wristband will reveal a Contact Card with headers in the fields but no personal details of the user.

- User will log into the website using a unique PIN code which they received upon purchase of the wristband. They will scan the wristband using QR Code reader on the mobile website and this will pull up the contact form which they need to update with their details.
The details for the header of the fields on the contact form will be provided to the developer and will include headings like; Profile picture upload, Name, Birthday, Occupation, Nationality, Social Media Account names, Bio, Favourite food/drink, Hobbies etc. Admin can change ALL field headers from back end and users will be able to change SOME field headers from front end to customize it to their taste.

- Once user has updated this details and saved it to the Contact Card on the website, the updated details will be uploaded to the Dynamic QR code on the wristband, This means when the Dynamic QR Code on the wristband is scanned after activation, users updated details can be seen. Users can edit this details as often as they wish by logging into the website using their unique pin code, scanning the wristband to pull up the Contact Card, making the necessary changes and saving the updated details (and uploading once again to QR Code on wristband).

- Admin dashboard on website saves all contact forms created by users (and shows/saves the geographic location user is logging into the website from) , has functionality to add/remove/edit headers on field of contact form and generate the unique pin codes which will be provided to wristband manufacturer.
It also has functionality to create/update/edit details on web pages like: How it works page, Our product story, About us page, Contact us page, Careers page, etc and delete/upload website images ie background image on landing page, as well as header scrolling images. The website blog is also controlled from the Admin dashboard, as well as the links to the social media accounts of the website. Admin can filter user search from back end by using parameters such as; Location, Birth month & year, Nationality.

- The web design would be minimalist but fresh and urban. It will have scrolling banners at the header, it would support a video ad and the layout of the landing page will be as similar as the samples I have attached below (which is images of different sizes laid underneath each other).

- The wristbands would be sold and dispatched through the website via the e-commerce functionality and there is a simple chat functionality as well.

The ideal time frame to complete and handover this website is 15 days from start date.
