Custom raffle plugin

Heres the details

1. Customer can view the raffle page with a tab in my account (woocomerce)
2. Customer picks a 5 digit number.
3. Customer pays with a wallet plugin called woowallet to buy the ticket.
4. In the raffle page customer can see there tickets (they can buy an unlimited amount) they can also see the previous 10 draws and win information. They can also see how many tickets left until the raffle is ready to draw a winner.

The raffle works like this.
1. Once all tickets have been sold via api it goes too https://blockchain.info/latestblock (set a delay of 30 mins)
2. gets the hash filed for example 000000000000000000008decde3720f1a1600dd061cd592a6b7755e692bede43
3. gets the last 5 digits of the hash in this example 69243
4. this number is the winning number whoever is closest wins.
5. Using woowallet the prize is deposited into there account

All variables should be editable in admin side such as ticket price. amount of tickets. prize, time delay before getting hash.

Admin side should be able to track progress of raffle also and previous raffles.
