Custom php backend and frontend code for wordpress + API's + Ionic Apps

(1) modify existing wordpress website to add a section of the website where separate php admin, engineers and clients can use the website like an app. this must be done using the existing mysql database

(2) create apis and include links to all apis used in the backend so easy to manage using our company logins and accounts. the connection apis and development to connect to database to manage in wp-admin will be our private plugin

(2) build crossplatform apps for admin, engineer and clients using ionic hybrid platform producing the downloadable app files for android apk and ios files.

you will use php, mysql database to connect services, technologies to be used include:

these are the only technologies we want to use unless you let us know otherwise. if there are any technologies that are being used not listed, please let me know.

we want you to do all development using our online properties e.g. our app development accounts, our databases, our development accounts.

for testing and deployment; we will need you to advise us to the technology needed on our systems for testing on our local machine/server before anything goes live. when we are ready to go live we will require your assistance via teamviewer if required.

the full specification of the apps will be an iteration process based on the documents already sent to you as discussed. this needs to be signed off on a screen by screen basis for design, functionality and logic to make sure we can get this project done without mistakes. for this to happen smoothly we need daily communication and updates on progress to make sure we are on right track. then the next project will be easier giving you more free access.
