Description of every page/module: each module has up to 5 versions of content that need to be displayed
Description of requirements/features: create block using given specs
create php calls to display the content
given content, stylize with CSS the text size, font, color and padding
label each CSS and create DB table for Block and Content relationship
tables with content fields already exist. only design needs to be created and php calls to table made.
