Can Stuart provide hosting control panel or server access for the site?

  • Software S.

I do not see "Critical Wordpress error" when visiting the site. Has this been solved already ?

    Hi Tina,

Do you have a recent website backup available, and would you prefer to keep PHP 8.2 by fixing the WordPress compatibility issues or temporarily downgrade to a stable PHP version?

This will help me identify the safest, most cost-effective solution to restore your website without disrupting its existing functionality.

    Hi Tina,

Could you please confirm which PHP version the website was previously running on and whether you have access to the hosting control panel to troubleshoot the WordPress critical error and restore the website’s functionality?

  • Muhammad Y.

    Hi Tina,
Do you have access to the hosting control panel, or will your host need to make the PHP version change?
