Creation of an automated sports news aggregator website

General information for the website: the website will offer breaking and up-to-date, aggregated news headlines from around the web for specific sports & teams via feeds.

Description of every page/module: I am looking to recreate websites such as:

- http://www.newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football/Premier+League/Manchester+United
- https://manunews.com/

The 2 websites above use automated systems to take in pre-configured RSS feeds every 10 minutes and other methods (via spiders) to extract sports headlines from around the web (and signed up news websites) then aggregate the information onto a homepage in an organised, chronological structure that is very useful to sports fans looking for breaking news about their team. This is the core idea but will also be looking at how to add more value beyond this.

I am a front-end UX designer and will be covering off the front end visual design / wireframes, but I need the back end solution developing and the front end homepage template designing in it's simplest form so that I can then code in the HTML / CSS / branding.
Description of requirements/features: You can see the requirements needed by looking at the technical requirements for news article headlines and links to appear on these news aggregrator sites - I basically need to replicate the process.
