Create Splash Page Using Slider Revolution

Hi, I have built a personal portfolio website using Slider Revolution and I'm looking for someone to create a splash page from the main landing page I have already created.

I have an 'Enter Site' link that I would like to close the splash page and enter the main site. Here is a sample page, which scrolls down after the 'enter site' link is clicked (which is obviously not what I'm looking for): https://www.conorob.com/portfolio-test/.

There are some animated text elements as well as a looping background video. It will of course need to be full-screen on all devices, but not required for tablet screens or below. I also installed the 'Very Simple Splash Page' wordpress plugin, which does function perfectly put there is no easy way to customise the contents.
