Create some dynamic charts based on xml data for a website

I need 4 dynamic charts/grids creating that display data coming from xml, I have attached a screenshot of the sort of thing I want.

The 4 grids have different axis showing a total of 6 bits of information plus descriptions

They can be either flash or javascript I dont mind but need these completed by the end of Jan 2013.

The website is written in classic asp, but these can be written in anything really flash, javascript etc.

I can provide more info as required.

Budget is only a guide not a fixed limit.
