Create multi step client onboarding form.

I want a simple multi step form which new clients can answer questions and then this goes to my email or a Google sheet . I want it to look excellent.
I have 14 questions .

Website platform is Wordpress .
Something like grow forms gravity forms, fluent forms , or member stack , webflow
