Create Images from Hex code Tool

Hi,

We would like you to write a converter where we can enter multiple Hex code values, to create JPG images representing the entered Hex values, which we can then download for use on our online store (FYI - The images will be used on our online store to represent out products - multiple colours of paint) .

We would like be able to define:

1) Image Width
2) Image Height
3) Required hex value for Image (s) - Can be multiple - up to 5000 hex codes ideally.

Upon submission, This tool would then create an JPG image for each of the entered hex values (in like with the attached examples) which would be downloaded in a single ZIP file containing all the images. If the Hex code could not be found it would simply be skipped.

Image filenames would represent the HEX code in question and the size. So for example if our request was:

1) Image Width - 500 pixels
2) Image Height - 500 pixels
3) Required hex values - #FFFFFF, #000000, #000072

Then we would receive a single ZIP file that would contain 3 images named as follows:

#FFFFFF-500-500.jpg
#000000-500-500.jpg
#000072-500-500.jpg

And the images would download in a single Zip as seen in the provided examples.

On completion of development we would require all code to house the tool on our own server.
