Create custom Website for reading online literature

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to help me build and design a platform for reading novels online.
The plan is to keep the website very simple without too many extra features.

Some core aspects include:
- Search function by multiple criteria
- Automated and scheduled uploading of new releases
- Highly customizable reading settings (light/dark theme, text width, font...)
- Webscraping

I would like to work on this project with a single developer, however if you prefer to bring in a colleague for certain tasks you are not confident in, that is no problem either.
