Create backend work for HR site

Hello,

I am working on a project at the moment. This will be a long term project of which I wish to work with one person if I can. Below you will find a link to the website I aim to have working by new year. I am working on design etc but what i do need is someone who can make the rest work.

Basically it will be a HR platform for small to medium business. I will be launching it for free to all and i hope to have the following items

*Rotas
*All Hr details for employees
*Online news feeds for employees
*Online information stored in one place
Plus more to follow in the future

Such as when a person signs up it will create an account for them etc. I do have a full break down if you wish to see.
