Create an API to Amazon MWS (Marketplace Web Services) to retrieve seller reports

Hello. I am looking for someone who can build an API to connect to Amazon MWS (Marketplace Web Services) to request and receive Seller Reports from Amazon Marketplace and use that data in applications such as SQL Server, Power BI, Excel (via Power Query).

I have experience as a BI (Business Intelligence) developer, but have no experience of creating web applications. So you will need to provide understandable instructions of how I can deploy, maintain and support the API.

Critical success will be determined by the API enabling refreshed reports to be received on a periodic basis, and for that data to update tables in SQL Server / Power BI / Excel. Once implemented, this must happen automatically every x days.
