He is really good developer and expert too. He understand the specific requirement of a client very quickly. I can say to anyone to work with this man without any confusion.

Avik was given chance after chance but unfortunatley he failed very bad and made me loose time which he will never be able to repay. He fails on deadlines and is extremley bad at communication. I would never ever recommend to anyone to work eith Avik. I have a chance so many times but you realy messed up. Two projects he failed realy bad.
