Create a simple PHP script

Create a simple PHP script that does the following.
REGISTRATION.
Registration Form Fields.
• Phone number
• User Name.
• Password

After one registers they can
• Report.
• Search Reports.
Report.
Good Vibes or Negative Vibes. (This will be Options for the report for positive or negative report)
This will save data to the database. The database fields will be.
1. Phone Number.
2. Name.
3. Experience / Description
4. Amount Paid
Searching report data.
One will enter the phone number on a search box and then retrieve a list of all the reports on that Number.
Search Results. The search results will be as follows.
• Positive Vibes – Show a number of Positive vibes with Amounts that the Client Paid
• Negative Vibes – Show a number of Negative vibes with Amounts that the Client Paid
Rates. Show the smallest Amount Paid and Highest Amount Paid i.e. Pays from 500 to 1, 00
Negative Vibes Show only the Number of Negative Vibes If greater than zero then show a button that will be used to display the Negative Vibes.

Admin Dashboard
Admin will.
• Activate the user after they register.
• Publish the reports after the user has posted the reports.
