Create a shares (stock) portfolio application for Wordpress site, like Google finance

Requirement:
- To create a stocks/shares portfolio application available on a Wordpress based website. In the future it may also be converted to a mobile app, and so this must be an important factor to keep in mind.
- Please refer to a timescale that you believe is fitting for such a job
- Please offer bids for the job based on the below details.

- Aim will be to have something similar to google.com/finance/portfolio
- Securities/Shares from the following stock exchanges required as a minimum (additional stock exchanges included at this stage would be great, but not 100% required):
o NYSE
o NASDAQ
o LSE

- Information required:
o Realtime Share Value
o Share Value History
o Graphs to show above information
o http://wordpress.org/plugins/stock-tools/ may be a sufficient plugin for this section of my requirement

- Additional information:
o News Articles relating to relevant shares (such as with a Yahoo! Finance widget);

- Ability for client to input information, and save the output.

o Example. Client Inputs:
a) Share name
b) Purchase price
c) Number of shares purchased
d) Date of purchase
e) Commission of purchase

o Output:
f) Graph showing history of share price for the specific company
g) Live (current) Share Price
h) Cost of shares purchased – i.e. formula = ([b X c] + e)
i) Current Value – i.e. formula = (c X g)
o Other output fields are required – these will similar to h) and i) above; the formula for these output fields have already been mostly created in excel format and additional information can be discussed at a later date.
- It does not have to be aesthetically pleasing at this stage – simply operational. I may require further input from you at a later date (with additional pay of course) with regards to the looks/interface. For the time being, it’s just important for it to just be operational.

- The method in which the portfolio is created is up to the developer, but I would require private discussion about how you may go about this (php/javascript etc) and what the positives are to this method – please keep in mind that the next step will be to have a mobile app created to do the same.

- I would then require the portfolio system to be set up on a test website, which I already own, to confirm that it’s operational. At a later date I may require you to install this on the actual website, however this would involve additional payment/discussion at a later date.
- By operational I mean:
o Client can log in
o add a share transaction to their portfolio
o view graph of their share’s price history
o follow links to news about their share company

o view current value of shares ;
a) overall – i.e. total value of all shares owned from multiple different companies
b) with the one company

o view other output fields similar to the one stated above (the formula for which has been already mostly created in excel format)

I would consider myself very flexible to work with, and would be interested in hearing from anyone who has an interest in the above job. I would strongly recommend reviewing Google and Yahoo! Finances’ portfolio websites for further understanding.
