Create 3 HTML5 animated and interactive maps - URGENT

Please quote for creating 3 animated and interactive maps (designs provided in illustrator) in HTML5, so they are responsive and can be used on WordPress sites, and also added to social media? See the animated map under 'Investment Example' on http://asper.exsite.info/ as the example of the type of thing we're looking for.

We require unlimited revisions - either because we want your animation style altered, or we have to give you a slightly altered design due to the end client requesting small changes to improve the communication. We expect you to understand the purpose of the animation required, and would then like your ideas and initiative to make it better for the end user.

See attached draft of animation and draft instructions below - for your calculation purposes. If selected then we'll send you a final version to animate. Please quote time and cost for 3 similar maps with revisions as above.

Like to start today, have first draft map by the end of tomorrow (Wed), and then have all 3 maps ready to publish by Sunday evening (31st Jan).

HERE IS THE ANIMATION PLAN:

1. The second panel (on the right) is the beginning, and the two text bars will slide out from the sides. Pause a moment and then they fade
2. The yellow box and HQ icon pop out to their spot, (maybe box comes out of the icon?) where they stay visible for the duration of the animation. It will start with two people visible, and more should appear at specific points, as according to the Powerpoint animation order.
3. Beginning with Kalix, a factory icon pops up with its corresponding text box. The factory icon sends its yellow line to HQ, the dashed lines should be moving, like electricity into the HQ.
4. Follow the PowerPoint (you need to click present to see the order of the animation - the order of the content is important)
5. The text box could slide open, hold, and slide shut -- or use the previous animation for inspiration, but each box should disappear before the next one opens.
6. The text boxes should reopen/appear when hovered over - at any stage
7. As you will see in the PowerPoint - after the first three factories they updated the first one. To show that, a text box for Kalix should slide open again, with the “update” information, the factory icon bounce and land a little bigger to show that it's getting bigger and better.
8. At the end, the opening images (two text bars “Build The New”) should reappear small in the bottom right corner.

You'll see in Illustrator I named the text boxes in order ("Pop up 1" "Pop up 2") so you know which order to go in.
