Create 3 HTML Twitter Bootstrap Code Snippets

I would like a HTML perfectionist to create five HTML code snippets that can be used by people who build websites with Twitter Bootstrap.

What I need you to do:

I will send you five images of various user interface elements that I select from various websites - login forms, nav bars, modals, footers etc. You will translate what you see into code that can be used with Twitter Bootstrap IE. spans, pull-left, pull-right, buttons, modals.

I do not require any CSS or Javascript in the code snippets. I just need pure HTML code, single tab indented.

Key skills:
---------------
Proper and correct usage of Twitter Bootstrap

Perfectly coded HTML

Ability to translate a styled UI element to a bare-bones Twitter Bootstrap code snippet or 'component'.

Good communication skills

Timely

Pure front-end developers are preferred over general developers. I do not require a 'Jack-of-all-trades'.

Contractors who have already created themes or templates with Twitter Bootstrap will be much preferred.

Why you may be interested in this job:

I will, over the next 6-12 months, I will have lots more work for the right contractor. I intend to create 100-300 of these code snippets and I also have some bigger work planned later down the line.
