Convert .PSD to Wordpress website

Hi Freelancers,

I have a very simple PSD that needs converting into a wordpress website so that my clients can update the site from their end.

Typography,
Images,
Layout,
Drop down
Hovers
Scrollers

All must be exact to the .psd.

Pages include
An about us page
Services with inner pages
Projects PAge
Gallery (photo upload)
Get a quote (contact form - submission)

Fast project, looking for someone who can turn around in 7 days.

Needs uploading to my clients 1&1 webspace.
