Description: Below is a link to download the PNG's to get an idea of design. Will send PSD upon acceptance. I need these converted to the standard Twitter Bootstrap so it is responsive (I have neither tablet nor mobile designs - I just expect columns to be stacked neatly in responsive view). I will expect Twitter JS defaults like tabs, accordion, lightbox, etc to be implemented.
