Description of requirements/features: I have finished PSDs that need to be converted to HTML5 & CSS3 Bootstrap3 for development. This includes specifications and asset creation. There are 30 pages with repeating layouts and assets. Please see attached example of specifications and an example of one of the web pages to be converted. CSS3 Bootstrap3 files to be delivered and jpegs/pngs for the specs.
