Convert PSD to HTML for Mailchimp

Hello.
I have attached a draft with altered text of a PSD/eps file that I need converting to HTML in order to be loaded onto Mailchimp.
There are social media icons to act as links at the bottom, three CTA button that will lead to an external website and also a video that needs to open a file hosted on Youtube.
I need a prompt, efficient turnaround from a freelancer with a proven track record.
Please note all text should be in HTML and not an image.
