Convert .PNG to HTML (Shopify)

I have several .PNG images on my website that I need converting to HTML. The website that you will be making the code for is www.onetimegin.co.uk. The homepage image at the moment is a .PNG file. I need the Dark box and the text to be converted into HTML and the Shopify button to be fixed in position below the text in the dark box so that the position of it doesn't change depending on screen resolution.

I'd also like the text on the three "how it works" images below the initial landing page photo to be converted into HTML.

The fonts are from photoshop so will involve loading them into Shopify
