Convert LTR to RTL for existing PHP code

I am currently seeking a skilled developer to help convert an existing PHP project from left-to-right (LTR) into a right-to-left (RTL) graphical user interface.

In particular, I need to convert the existing user interfaces (UIs) to support RTL languages. This will include adjusting the layout and styling of the UI, as well as ensuring that any text is displayed correctly in RTL languages.
