Convert design to HTML/CSS

Good time of day,

We looking to outsource our main website, we need the coding of the design. The design itself will be shared privately.

Remarks:
- Design has 3 different sizes; Desktop, Tablet, Mobile. In certain cases, there is a small desktop as well(1350px-)
- Only quality work, no need for speed. We expect pixel-perfect where possible technologically.
- Browser support for Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge, Samsung mobile, Safari mobile, Chrome mobile - support up to 2 versions back.
- CSS should be split into critical and secondary(header/footer)
- Site should be W3C valid and preferably with complete HTML accessibility

Stack:
- Not using frameworks like bootstrap
- Vanilla CSS, SASS or Tailwind
- Vanilla JS (no jQuery)
