Connect to AirBnB listings export bookings to our own dashboard

We host a number of properties on AirBnB and I want to be able to export the booking information, dates, unit, payment status etc into out own bespoke dashboard application.

Our dashboard is based on Bootstrap 4, PHP and MySQL.

Bookings information should be refreshed at timed minute intervals to ensure its as upto date as needed

Hi the api program isn't allowing new requests at this stage, however I have had another thought on what could be achieved.

The information I am mainly interested in is the booking status and how long booked for each unit. This information is available from the property booking calendar which is publicly available in iCAL format.

Would there be a means to sync a calendar back to a mysql database and create a unique booking row for each booking which shows

Property Name
Booking From and To
Status (Booked, Pending, Blocked)

I can then use this table for our background management of the properties / cleaning cycles.

I can provide an iCAL link as an example, I would just need the means to add additional links etc as properties are added to the portfolio, each property has its own unique calendar, so we would need is

the ability to have a configuration table which lists the property name and the iCAL URL.
booking table which has all the bookings listed as individual rows

Would this be possible ?
If yes could you advise on costs and timescales.

The server is hosted on Centos and Plesk so we can automate jobs via cron or Plesk scheduled tasks no problem
