Configure ten emails & "contact us"

I have ten websites, each built on the same Theme, which are each 99% identical of each other. All websites are on same server, same host... all requiring same setup. But each requiring a different email address setup...

I require each of the ten websites, setup so that ...
1). Emails are sending correctly from each websites "contact us" forms.
2). So I will receive in, each individual email in my Office Outlook, using SMTP, & IMAP configuration.
3). So I can send out, from within my Office Outlook, an email using any of the ten individual email addresses.
