Complex Ninja Form needs fixed

It was meant to function exactly as this form does: https://www.fatfees.com/ (not my site, so I can’t see the backend)

I actually hired a person from Ninja Forms to build it for me as it was too complicated for my skill level. It has a lot of conditional logic in it.

Unfortunately, despite her best effort – there are a lot of problems with it.

I just need it to work right.
