Job Description:
As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers through phone calls. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, build rapport, and create value for both the customer and our company. This role requires working according to UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists.
Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects with a focus on understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Utilize the principle of reciprocity by offering value, such as information or resources, to potential customers during interactions.
Identify potential customer needs and provide relevant information that aligns with their interests and goals.
Set up appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to the sales and marketing teams.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cold Calling Specialist or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
Persistent and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Understanding of the principle of reciprocity and how to apply it in customer interactions.
Willingness to work UK business hours from India only.
