Building off of Tastyigniter v3.* (https://tastyigniter.com/) I require a custom front end theme developing. Supporting documentation (https://tastyigniter.com/docs/3.x/customize/themes).
TastyIgniter is built off the Codeigniter framework and laravel.
Theme must be easily installable across many TastyIgniter website / applications - therefore following the code base structure is important.
