Code Refractor and WP ACF Integration

I am looking for a developer to take a static HTML, CSS and jQuery menu, refactor the code to make it less dependant on individual classes. The second stage is to build the menu in WordPress Advanced Custom Fields allowing the client to easily add, remove items, columns etc... Each mega menu item needs to be accessible from one of the top existing top menu items.

The width needs to be variable based on the number of columns added.
