New international music-events brand led by an experienced live-entertainment producer.
This brief covers Phase 1 only — a fast launch site.
A phase two rebuild of our comedy brand site and more advanced tools are planned later.
Scope (Phase 1 – 3 weeks)
• 4 pages: Home / Events / About & FAQ / Contact
• Hero section with strong CTA (“Get Tickets”)
• Use WordPress (preferred) — Framer or Webflow also acceptable for faster results
• Integrate WooCommerce + The Events Calendar Suite plugins:
● Event Tickets
● Event Tickets Plus
● The Events Calendar Pro
● Event Automator
• Enable full admin editing (add/edit/clone events, pricing, images, etc.)
• Setup for 2 events, but system must support 3 per day and at least 8 more (within 3 weeks)
• Mailchimp signup, social links, basic SEO, cookie/privacy pages
• Performance + mobile-first optimisation
• Design system (fonts, colours, components) reusable across our second site
Deliverables
• Staging link from Day 1; daily progress notes
• Source files (Figma/Webflow/Elementor/etc.), assets, and admin logins
• One-click update notes + short handover video (≤10 min)
• 1 week post-launch support for fixes
Tech & Plugins (Be Explicit)
Please list the builder/stack you’ll use (e.g., WordPress + Elementor Pro / Webflow / Framer), and confirm
compatibility with the plugin suite. We prefer lightweight and modular setups for easy extension later.
Quality & Process
• Clean, accessible UI; fast load speeds (Core Web Vitals in green)
• AI-assisted workflow (e.g., 10Web/Framer/Copilot/Cursor)
• Version control (Git or platform history) and documented structure (short README)
Timeline
• Start: Immediate
• Full Launch: 15 November 2025
Budget & Payment
Budget: £1,200–£2,000 all-in (bonus for standout design and early delivery)
Payment schedule: 40% on kick-off / 40% on design approval & staging / 20% on launch
Languages
English for launch (US & UK spelling variants).
Website must be viewable in English and Spanish initially
Prepare for rapid multilingual setup (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Czech, Polish, Romanian)
Bundle now if cheaper.
Nice to Have
Experience with music/fan culture & visual storytelling is helpful but not essential.
