Client Visitor Portal system.

I'm looking for someone to develop a portal system for our clients to enter their visitors details when they arrive on site. We have multiple clients on site so each client would need their own login details about 60+ in total, and admin account to see all of the visitors on site.

The front end would have a username and password and some type of admin structure to reset passwords as necessary. The information the clients would need to enter for a visitor is their name, type of the vehicle and registration number including a drop down menu for the length of time they will be visiting. We are looking for a web portal but also happy to look at some type of app as well which would streamline the process. We are looking getting this up and running in a tight deadline, possibly 7 to 14 days. If you feel you can help, please drop me a proposal/question.
