Cleaning up files on server for host

We just received a report our site has malicious content currently (has been hacked), so our host has automatically blocked it for security reasons. They run a scan and generated a report which will be in the home folder of the site. I urgently need someone to check the report (bearing in mind the scan is not perfect and could have false positives), clean up the site's content so we can get them to unblock it.

This is time sensitive and very urgent.
