I'm looking for someone to clean up an extensive html document (attached). The code is antiquated and poorly formatted. I would like it to be more manageable.
Description of requirements/features:
1) Clean up html overall and format to make more readable.
2) Use paragraph tags for paragraphs, create and list elements where appropriate rather than paragraphs and line breaks for lists.
Extra notes:
I'll worry about css styling later. Just looking for someone to make this document easier to work with and have proper html elements utilized.
