Can you 'convert' a Wix site to html/css?

Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 15
Description of every page/module: We have made a test-site in Wix, and now we want to host it out self and to have the possibility of modifying with ex. Dreamweaver. We also want the possibility of changing language of the site so that we can have it in 3 languages.
