C# .Net Website application development

We are looking for someone to maintain our C# .Net Web Application and integrate a MySQL DB.

Essentially we need someone with the ability to fix bugs, integrate payment provider and database so a mixture of project work and maintenance.

First projects are to integrate a payment provider (not Paypal) store the session in the DB, next to fully integrate the DB into the application.

For project work we would like a fixed price for each project, for maintenance work and small fixes we would like an hourly rate.

Ideally we need something also extremely familiar with css and javascript.
