Building a new dating website

Description of every page/module: Hi,

I’m looking for web developer to create a new online dating website which come with mobile application. The targeted market for the website is primarily China, with all other countries to be included as well.

I targeted to have the website completed (website, mobile page, mobile app, payment gateway, backend application, etc) with testing and commissioning within 2 to 3 months from job starting date.

The main requirement and other features of the website is as per attachment.
For payment milestone it will be:
10% initial deposit
30% for completed pages layout and website applications (sign up, upload docs, payment gateway API, etc)
20% for completed mobile phone version and app
20% for completed backend application
20% for final testing & making good of overall website and commissioning of website on hosting server
