Build website from existing source code (React/Python)

We had an NFT marketplace website built for us and we have just received the source code.

We need to verify that the source code delivered is enough to be able to build and maintain the website ourselves without the original supplier.

To achieve this we need a skilled developer who can:
1) Look through the source code and tell us if anything is missing
2) Build the website from the source code so that we can verify for ourselves that it works

The NFT marketplace is built mainly using React JS and Python Django (back end).

No functional knowledge will be required. We just need the technical knowledge to build the website and see it running without obvious breaks.
