Build Tutor Directory Website where Clients can Book a Lesson

QualifiedTutors is an online platform that allows tutors to create a portfolio and the client book a tutoring lesson. QualifiedTutors helps tutors find new students by allowing tutors to advertise their tuition services. QualifiedTutors manages all of your bookings in one place and process payment.

Therefore the website is NOT a LMS (online leading management system) as such, it works on the same principle as upwork, PPH - a platform that connect tutors with clients, the platform gets a commission

The main aspect is to develop the backend, that is easy to use and navigate. The main areas that need building are:

I am looking for reliable web developer or team to create this website. The front ended has been built to some degree using Figma, although this still needs some work. I would say 70% is done (or more). Although a review of colours, font layout will need to be adjusted.

The backend end must be up-to-date technology, and website must be fast, mobile responsive and scalable (e.g. if I make my screen bigger must adjust correctly) - the usual stuff of a good developer will take into consideration without me telling them.

Need someone who has created this before and has experience and know what is important and what is required in the backend when looking at the freelance (tutor) and client.

Would like the website built in Laravel /PHP platform etc (NOT in WordPress)

Need someone to start ASAP and must be Reliable.

I am aiming for someone to turn this around in 4-6 weeks. No more.
