Build New Website

I need a new website built for long established but expanding to launch a new product. This will replace the current website. The design has already been mocked up in Powerpoint, and I already have a graphic designer to supply images and provide additional graphics, I just require the site to be built.

Currently it is a 9-10 page static site, with no e-commerce functionality, however this will need to be added within the next 6 months, probably using Sagepay (which is what the company currently uses).

Ideally we would like to work with someone local to our business as we like to be supportive of our community.

Whilst a budget is indicated, I am prepared to consider all options. A portfolio will need to be available to view, including testimonials.

We need to look better than the competition, and I am not sure that a Wordpress site will be sufficient - we need something more bespoke.
