Build and install CSS for my website - URGENT

I designed a multi page website using Blue Voda http://www.bluevoda.com/
and am now looking for someone who can take my existing design template and install is as a CSS.

I have attached a screenshot showing the layout.

Don\'t need anything changing, just want a copy of this, turned into a CSS so that its easier for me to make changes in the future.

You will also need to show me how to link to the CSS from each of my web pages.
